Welcome to CarouselKit. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.
CarouselKit is a mobile application that empowers you to design, customise, and export professional carousel posts for social media platforms. We provide the creative tools — what you build with them is entirely yours.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using CarouselKit, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
CarouselKit does not require account creation. Your experience is tied to your device and your Apple ID for subscription purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your Apple ID credentials. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your device.
The App offers a premium subscription — CarouselKit Pro — that unlocks additional templates, features, and capabilities. Here's how it works:
Your creations belong to you. Every carousel you design, every project you save, and every export you produce using CarouselKit is your intellectual property. You retain full ownership and all rights to your original content. We claim no ownership over anything you create.
You are free to use your exported carousels for any personal or commercial purpose — post them, sell them, share them, print them. They're yours, without restriction.
The App itself — including its design, code, templates, icons, graphics, animations, and all underlying technology — is the intellectual property of CarouselKit and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Our templates are licensed for use within CarouselKit. You may use them to create and export designs, but you may not extract, redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of the templates themselves.
We built CarouselKit for creators who want to make beautiful things. We ask that you use it responsibly:
You are solely responsible for the content you create using CarouselKit. We do not monitor, review, or endorse user-created content. You agree that any content you create and share will not violate any applicable laws, infringe on third-party rights, or breach any platform's terms of service where you choose to publish.
If you import images into your designs, you confirm that you have the right to use those images — whether they are your own photographs, properly licensed stock images, or images with appropriate permissions.
We strive to keep CarouselKit running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App may experience occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We regularly release updates to improve performance, introduce new features, and fix issues. We recommend keeping the App updated to the latest version for the best experience. Some features may require a minimum iOS version.
CarouselKit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we pour immense care into every detail of the App, we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CarouselKit and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid for CarouselKit Pro in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CarouselKit, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by simply deleting it from your device. Upon termination, all locally stored data will be removed. Your subscription can be managed independently through your Apple ID.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CarouselKit regarding your use of the App, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
We may revise these Terms from time to time as CarouselKit evolves. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
